Angel is a beautiful fun loving dog who we wanted to enjoy the outdoors. After rescuing her in December 2016 we knew she would require some long training to help her overcome some of her issues. I was given Maya as a contact to help. From day one I felt at ease talking with Maya and that she understands and has a passion for dogs welfare. Although she was booked up she made the effort to see me asap on a weekend so the whole family could be available as our two children play a very active role in Angels life too. On the first occasion Maya assessed Angel we understood clearly what we needed to do and that Angels issues will require dedication. We tried and tested out various items to assist Angel over a two month period and Maya was keeping in touch and giving us advice and support throughout this time. It was great to know that Maya was always willing to help and think of ways of introducing assistance. When Maya came back she saw a real improvement and change in Angels behaviour. It was really good to have such good feedback and encouragement from Maya telling us how well we had done to see these changes. When you are doing this process of Behaviour training it sometimes feels as though not much progress at times. Maya helped us to remember that when we look back to seeing that we have only had Angel for four months and only two months of training in fact it is remarkable how far Angel has travelled in her journey that will hopefully bring her to where she deserves to be. Maya explains dog behaviour and issues really well for you to understand and is very friendly and approachable.
I am so glad that we have met Maya and the confidence she has given us to assist our precious Angel into a new happy life.
I would like to say a warm thank you to Maya from all of us and a barking mad thank you from Angel.
We hope that we can one day meet up again with Maya and show her the reward of seeing Angel at her optimal. Thank you.
